We ensure that every product delivered is fresh and in excellent condition. However, should you need to return or exchange an item, please follow our policy outlined below:

  • Products in their original, sealed condition can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt.
  • This policy does not apply to items purchased on special discounts or promotional offers, nor does it cover refrigerated items.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • You must provide the original receipt when returning any item.
  • If returning via courier, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. No extra charges apply if returning at our store location.

Return/Exchange Procedure:

Please include the original invoice in the return package.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process it within 3 business days.

Refund Process:

For items returned via courier, the refund will be processed into your provided bank account (details to be shared via email to [email address]).
If you return the product directly to the store, the refund will be transferred to your bank account.
